Nothing communicated during a reading should be construed as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or any other form of licensed professional advice. Jurisdictional Compliance
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether purchasing or participating in a tarot reading is lawful in your jurisdiction. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that doing so is legal where you are located. Conduct Policy
Moon Fate Tarot reserves the right to immediately terminate any reading session — without refund — if a client engages in rude, vulgar, abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct. This includes but is not limited to offensive language, sexual solicitation, or any behavior deemed hostile or disrespectful.
Termination of a session for conduct violations is entirely at the discretion of Moon Fate Tarot and is final.
No Duty to Report
Moon Fate Tarot assumes no duty to report any information shared during a reading session to any third party, authority, or agency. Readings are confidential entertainment sessions. Nothing disclosed during a session creates any legal obligation to act, report, or intervene on your behalf.
Limitation of Liability
Moon Fate Tarot, its owner, and any associated performers assume no liability whatsoever for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of a reading. You engage with this service entirely at your own risk. Moon Fate Tarot shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Due to the nature of this service, all purchases are non-refundable. Once a reading session has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with the reading, technical difficulties on the client’s end, or early session termination due to conduct violations.

Moon Fate Tarot reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
